Bylaws

The kʷikʷəƛ̓əm Nation can create bylaws for good governance and to establish community standards on our reserve lands. A "bylaw" is a regulation made by a local authority; an ordinance. These standards are necessary for the promotion of the health, safety, and quality of life of kʷikʷəƛ̓əm m̀əlstéyəxw who live in the community, for the protection of protection of property on reserve lands and for the environmental protection of our reserve lands.
